Applying sweeps to wall types
- In this video, we're going to look at applying sweeps to wall types. So this is another way that we can customize our wall types and instead of dividing up the existing layers into regions and zones like we did in the previous video, what a sweep is, is it applies a volume metric change to the wall. What I mean by that is there's a profile that defines the shape of the sweep and then that moves along the length of the wall and is capable of actually creating three dimensional volumetric form along the length of that wall to give you more customization potential. So, let's take a look at an example here. I want to add a stone base all the way around the base of the building here. So I'm going to select one of these existing walls and I will go into edit type.
