Adding dimensions

- [Instructor] In this video we're going to add dimensions to our floor plan, but all of the techniques that I show you can be used in any view. So I'm going to be working in a floor plan, but it works just fine in other views as well. Now we've done dimensions before, we've done them largely as a tool to help us edit our model and they work great for that, but the same dimension elements that we used to create references for moving geometry around are also the ones we would use when we want to actually print out the dimensions for our document set. So that means that when I go to my quick access toolbar here I'm clicking that same Aligned Dimension tool, or typing d + i to get started. Now what I want to do here is just sort of run through each of the options that are available when creating permanent dimensions.
