Adding slanted columns

- [Instructor] Now that we have a good grasp on adding columns, let's take a look at adding slanted columns. By setting up a two-point system, we can configure the slant of our column. We'll need to configure some alternate grids or reference planes to accurately doing it, though. So if you take a look at what we've got here, the objective is to create these columns that are slanted. We don't quite know how to do framing yet, but don't worry, we'll get to it. So what I'd like to do is jump into Revit and under Projects let's go to Structural Template. And just click it. Now what I'd like to do is, let's go to the Structure tab let's set up a grid. So let's come down to the Datum panel and let's click the Grid button. I'm going to draw a grid right here. Then I'm going to hit Escape a few times, I'm going to select the grid, I'm going to click on this little Show Bubble button, Grid 1. Now I'm going to select Grid 1 and I'm going to click Copy.
