Adding spaces

Adding spaces
- [Instructor] Adding spaces to a model is a very important part of the process. It's in the spaces that tells us where MEP fixtures and equipment are, and how we know which room we are in. In this video, I'd like to add spaces and manipulate how they read room information. So in Revit, under MODELS, let's go open. I'm going to grab my Zero one zero two MECHANICAL. The file is named consistent with the other trades. I want to click Open. Now let's find a floor plan to be in. So under Mechanical HVAC, let's go to floor plan one map. So just because we're in this view doesn't mean that once we place a space it's not going to show up in all the other views. It just might not be tagged but the physical space is going to be there. So I'm going to zoom in on this area here. I'm going to go to my Analyze tab. I'm going to click my space button right here. I'm going to pick a spot right here. That doesn't seem right. Right?…
