- [Voiceover] Architectural documents incorporate many kinds of symbols. Revit has dedicated tools, of course, for text, dimensions, and many kinds of tags. But there are many symbols that don't have their own dedicated tools. So, we have a catch-all tool in Revit called the Symbol Tool. And we use this to add any variety of miscellaneous symbols to our documents. So, in this movie, I'll demonstrate the use of the Symbol Tool, and we'll work with some of the symbols that are provided in the template. And we'll learn how to load in additional ones from the provided content. So, I'm continuing work in my first floor plan, getting it ready to place on the sheet and print. And let's go to the Annotate tab and click the Symbol Tool. Now, the template that we started this project with includes two symbols already. There's a North Arrow and a Centerline. So, the North Arrow's already chosen, so let's go ahead and select that. And you can just kind of place it wherever you want it to go. Now,…
