Altering beam elevations

- [Voiceover] What I'd like to do in this video, is figure out how we can offset our beams down. As we can see, our beams are all at the level we want them at. But that's not always the case. Sometimes they're sloped, sometimes they have to be down for a certain reason. The reason they need to be down here is the fact that we're gonna wind up with joists here. So, all of these bearing beams need to be down two and a half inches to accommodate for the joist seat. That's what I wanna do in this video. In the project browser, I'm gonna go down to my roof level. I'm gonna hover over one of my beam systems and select it. Once it's selected, I'm just gonna right click, I'm gonna Select All Instances, Visible in View, and it will select all of my joist systems. I'm just gonna hit Delete. Now they're gone. We'll keep these framed in as beams, which is actually perfect. Now, what I'd like to do is I'm gonna go ahead and select all of my horizontal framing members. So, I'm gonna hold down the…
