- [Instructor] In this video, we're just going to add a few finishing touches to our pool table family. So I'd like to add a material to the surface to represent that really recognizable green felt. And I'd like to add a few accessories as well. If you look here in the 3D, you can see that everything is just using this sort of flat gray shading. So we can improve that slightly by adding a material to the playing surface. So let's go to manage and here's our materials button. I'll click that. And the family editor has some basic materials in it. But none of these are really going to be suitable for what we're trying to do. So all we have to do is come down here to this create icon, and we will create a new material. That'll give it a generic name.
