Corner guard family

- [Narrator] To make a Corner Guard family, I'm gonna start by adding the parameters that I need for the family. I'm gonna add some length parameters for the thickness of the Corner Guard. Make that a type-based parameter. I'll add a width parameter for the horizontal width of the wall protection. Then I'm going to add an instance-based height parameter, as well as an instance-based offset from floor parameter. Then I'll add a material parameter so it can control the appearance of the Corner Guard. For the type of parameter, I'll select material and make sure it's grouping under the materials and finishes. Now I'll click okay. Now I'm gonna add the reference planes that I'll use to host geometry to. On the create tab I'm gonna create a reference plane. The placement point for my Corner Guard is gonna be at the intersection of these two reference planes. As I work with Dynamo, I'm gonna assume that this is the face of the corner of the wall, as well as this, with the actual wall…
