Create a sheet index
- [Instructor] As you build out your Sheet List at some point you will want to have a Sheet Index and creating one is as simple as creating a schedule. In fact the Sheet List tool in Revit just creates a custom kind of schedule. So we can get there by right clicking the Schedules and Quantities branch of the browser and this is just a shortcut to all the different kinds of schedules that are available in Revit, and of course among those is a new Sheet List. So I'll choose that and then like any other schedule, we need to add some fields to this schedule. So I'll scroll down and I'll add the sheet number, the sheet name, maybe the issue date and who drew it. Your welcome to add any other fields that you like here. I'm going to make one other change to this, I'll click over here to the Sorting and Grouping tab and I will sort by sheet number and then click Okay.
