Create a sheet index
- [Instructor] In this video, I want to talk about creating a sheet index. Sheet index is really easy to create in Revit because it's just a custom type of schedule. So to get there, we're going to use the same methods that we would use to create any kind of schedule, you can either right-click right here, where it says Schedules and Quantities, and choose New Sheet List or you can get there as well, from the View tab, Schedule Dropdown and Sheet List. So either one will get you to the same place and the interface for the Sheet List properties looks like any other schedule does. So you're going to have a list of available fields on the left and the fields that you're actually adding to your Sheet List on the right. You'll have the same filtering mechanisms and searching mechanisms here at the top to be able to locate the properties you want. We should be able to just scroll through this list and locate them easily enough…
