- [Illustrator] The objective of this video is to make a Sidewall Diffuser, an "Air Terminal." To do that, let's go to Families, let's go to New, let's scroll down to Generic Model Face-Based. Click Open. The first thing we should do, is go to the Properties, and go to Family Category and Parameters. Let's go up to the very top and let's make it an "Air Terminal." The part type is going to be normal, everything else looks good to me. Our host is face, click Okay. Perfect. Now let's right click on this reference plane and Create Similar, route panel, click Pick Lines. For the offset, we'll go two feets, to the left, go to the right. Now, for my offset, let's go eight inches, let's offset it up eight and then down eight, hit ESC a couple of times. And the measure panel, let's click these two and equally constrain them.
