Creating a blank schedule
- [Instructor] We can have a schedule in Revit that is basically an empty grid. It's pretty cool but really weird how to do it. So a lot of times you might just want a grid and to start adding text and stuff as you go. So let's do this. So under Projects, let's go to Open. Browse to where you're keeping your exercise files. Now I'm going to find Architectural Blank. I'm going to open up Architectural Blank. Now the trick is to pick a type of schedule that you'll never have in here. So, let's go to our View tab. Let's go to Schedules. Let's go to Schedules Quantities. And I'm going to go with air terminals. I'm in an architectural model. But I'm going to go with air terminals because I know I don't have any in here. Let's click Okay. I don't want any of these parameters I'm just going to make new ones. I'll click New Parameter. And for the name I'm going to call it field dash one. Let's make it text. It'll be instance. Hit Okay. I wish I could duplicate it. Let's click New. Field two…
