Creating ceilings
- [Narrator] In this video, we're going to add some ceilings. The ceiling object is actually a sketch based object like floors and roofs, but it's also got this really handy auto ceiling feature. So a lot of times you can actually create the ceilings without bothering to sketch them. So let's take a look at how the tool works. So here in architecture, here's the ceiling button. So I'll go ahead and click that, you can see right here that you've got a choice between automatic ceiling and sketch ceiling. So we're going to go ahead and accept the default of automatic ceiling, and then over here on the properties palette, you'll have three different compounds ceilings to choose from. So we're going to place all three of these in this model, but let's start with the two by four grid if you're working in the imperial file. And if you're working in the metric file, that's going to be the 600 by 1200 grid. So once you've chosen…
