Creating and configuring a new project

- [Instructor] In this video we're going to create a new project and we're going to begin configuring all of it's settings, so to get started, I'm going to use the new link right here on the recent files screen, or you can also access it from the file menu. Now I'm using there US installation of Revit, and that means that when I click browse here, I have a choice between either the US Imperial folder or the US metric folder. So I'm going to go into the US metric folder and just start with the default metric template. Now if you watched the previous video, you know that the default metric template is really a bare bones template, but really all I'm concerned with is just making sure that I'm starting in metric units, and I'm going to configure the rest of the settings that I care about manually myself.
