Creating a key schedule

- [Instructor] In this video I want to give you some strategies for data input. Now, what I have here on screen is my entire condominium building and if we just quickly open up the 3D view you can see it's three stories tall and there are several condo units on each floor. And I'm going to close that view and show you this Room Finish Schedule here. And as you can see, it's rather long. Now all of the numbers and the names and the areas and so forth are filling in automatically coming from the rooms, but notice that all of the finish information is empty. So, you could certainly click right in any of these fields right here on the schedule and begin typing in values. So, maybe for the floor in this bedroom I want to use carpet and I'll press the Tab key. And then maybe for the base I want to use wood base and I'll press the Tab key. And I want to paint the walls and I'll Tab one more time and then I want drywall ceiling. So, easy enough, and I could move on to the next bedroom. So…
