- [Instructor] Now that we have our footprint constrained to the finished outside face of our walls, we now need to constrain the heights of our walls. We do that by creating levels. In this video, I'd like to create multiple levels as well as a roof and a parapet level. In Revit, under MODELS, let's go open or continue to work on the model you've been in. I'm going to go to Open, browse my Exercise Files, grab my architectural model, and I'm going to click on Open. What we need to do is go to an elevation. I'm going to go to my South elevation but notice that we have these little datums in our model. If I zoom in on this elevation and if I double-click right on this little pointer, it will open the South elevation. Also notice in the Project Browser, South elevation is bold which means we're in our South elevation. You can go to it from here as well. We need to pull our levels out of our wall a little bit.
