- [Instructor] To define the level of development in a BIM execution plan, I usually like to use a table. And that table will have the various project phases going across the top of the table, as well as the elements that need to be modeled going down the side of the table. On this table, we'll indicate two pieces of information. The responsible party, which is what RP stands for, for that element at that phase of the project, as well as the level of development for those elements at that phase of the project. For example, let's take a look at our structural grids. In the schematic design phase, the architects may still have control of the structural grids. So let's move up here for our BIM use, look for architecture. We can see that Design-Architects are responsible for architecture, and their abbreviation is DA. So scroll back down. Once again, find the grids. And for the responsible party, we'll type in DA. For the level of development for the structural grids, now, there's not a…
