- [Instructor] The information that needs to be in the model can be found not just under Section Six: Design Model Use and Requirements, but also Section Seven: Model Requirements, which I just created in this BIM execution plan. Under Model Requirements, I put information that is more specific than the information found under Section Six. This includes the location of the model and its spacial location for use by the various disciplines. Also, it goes into greater detail on what should be in the model for various disciplines. For example, instead of specifying just a level of development for the HVAC piping, it specifies that all pipes larger than one inch needs to be coordinated and that hangers should also be modeled. Ultimately, this information could be placed directly within Section Six. I place it in its own section to keep each section shorter in length and the document easier to read.
