Dimensioning the units for design intent
- [Instructor] What we need to think about now in our New Commercial Building 2021.rvt is some dimension annotation to communicate our design intent for our new prefab restroom that we brought into our main project. So what we're going to do is just double-click on the wheel to zoom extents in this view, the floor plan level one view like so. We then going to go to View tab in Revit and we're going to create a Callout view, it's going to be rectangular, so I select Rectangle and just place it approximately around the restroom like that. Click there, and what you might want to do as well is then zoom in and just select the view and can you see here, click on these buttons here and drag the head of the Callout view like that and it just means it's outside the main structure of the floor plan.
