- [Instructor] When creating a BIM Execution Plan, we first need to fill in the basic project information. This will provide anyone not familiar with the project an overview of the project scope. Typically, this will include a project number for documenting the project. And, this information can be found in our document in red, near the top of our document. This is particularly useful when multiple projects are going on simultaneously, or when we do multiple projects for the same client. By having an individual project number for each project, it means that if we do a similar project, we can figure out which project document that we're looking at, just by looking at the project number. Also, we should put a project name next to that project number. The project name is that we, as a project team, typically discuss what this project is called.
