- [Narrator] This is a good topic. Keynotes. Do we do it by sheet or do we do it by project? I honestly don't mind how you do it. I'm just going to show you how it works and what the difference is. Okay. Let's jump into Revit. Under project, let's go Open. I'm going to browse where I'm keeping my Exercise Files. Now I'm going to grab Architectural Keynotes. Let's click, Open. Let's go to level one East. Floor plan. Now the first thing I want to do is check out my keynote settings. Cause this is important, how they're going to read. I happen to know that I'm using a user setup for this. If we go to the Annotate tab, notice over here for keynote, let's click our drop down and let's go to Keynote Settings. I like to set my file path up relative. Now your file location may be different from mine. So you can browse.
