- [Paul] If you're familiar with my courses and my books, then you're probably aware that curvature and controlling curve forms is a particular area of interest for me. In fact, I've got an entire course here in the library devoted to taming parametric curvature in the Family Editor. Now, what I've got on screen here is a simple file that comes from my Rendering course here in the library, and it's got this brick arch here above these doorways. And the method that I used here to create this brick arch is one that I'm still particularly fond of, but it involves creating individual brick elements and then essentially arraying those along the curve. Now, this actually is an adaptive component that uses the masking environment, and that allows us a little bit more powerful repetition along the path as opposed to just doing a simple array.
