Modeling ceilings
- [Instructor] Now it's time to add a ceiling into your space. A lot of times when you have these building office complexes like this where you're moving a tenant into the space, there's usually around a ceiling there. And a lot of times it's just a very generic ceiling, a two by four grid normally so that they can have some lights in there so that if they ever needed to use the space really fast or show a tenant the space, they have lights in the area. So what we need to do is we're going to keep part of that ceiling, but we're going to demolish the other part. And because Revit is the way that it is, it won't let you demolish something as a whole. So the first thing we need to do though is we need to make sure that we have all of the views that we're going to be working with. So I'm going to come over here to my project browser.
