Modify wall profiles
- [Instructor] The profile of a wall is the outside shape of the wall. And, most walls, when you're first drawing them in will actually be rectangular in shape. In fact, what we're looking at here are four walls, each which appear to be rectangular in shape. There is one wall that's a little bit different and that's this wall here. Even though it looks rectangular in shape, if we would select on this corner of the view cube, and spin it around, we can see that in fact, it's actually an arced wall. But, as we're looking at it in an elevation view, it still looks rectangular in shape. What's interesting though is that Revit allows us to modify those shapes so that not all walls necessarily need to be rectangular. Let's start by modifying this wall over here on the end. In order to modify the profile of the wall, and I'm just spinning the wheel on my mouse to zoom in. We can select on edit profile.
