Modifying schedule views

- [Instructor] In this video I want to talk about ways that we can improve the presentation of our schedule. I've got two windows tiled here, Floor Plan and a Schedule View, and if you look over at the schedule view, you can kind of scan through it and see that there really isn't any rhyme or reason to how the information is presented. That's because if you don't tell it otherwise, Revit will just simply list the items in the schedule in the order they were created. So, it looks as though I created the Entertainment Center first, and this Night Stand last. So that's the order that things are being placed in. So, with the schedule selected, if you look over at the Properties palette, you'll see that the Properties are displaying the properties of the schedule itself. If we scroll down, you'll see that down here there are five Edit buttons, and if you click any one of these edit buttons, it takes you to the Schedule Properties dialog, so I'm going to click the one next to…
