- [Instructor] Received an email question from somebody asking about railings and specifically a situation kind of similar to what you see here they had a ramp and railings going down the ramp and then there's a flat section like you see up here so the railing really needs to follow the ramp and then turn the corner and go around the flat section and they were having some difficulty on what to do right there at the moment this is two separate railings and that's what my viewer was doing, what they were asking about, but it's actually possible to do this as a single railing and that will really solve most of the problem there. So what we need to do is just kind of modify the railing that we get by default when creating a ramp. So if we create a ramp or stair you get this railing tool and you know it's going to place the default railing type. You can choose whatever type you want here so this one is guardrail pipe so I'll just choose…
