- When it comes time to print your documents set, really the most important decision you have to make is do you want to physically print it on paper using a printer or do you want to generate a PDF. But the process is nearly the same in both cases. So, before I show you the print dialogue, I want to get a better look at what we're seeing here. So I'm going to zoom in, in the middle of this floor plan and then just kind of pan it over to the side here. And, I'm allowing room for the print dialog on the left but I still want to see a portion of the drawing there on the right. So I'm going to go to the file menu and highlight the print option. And you'll see some sub options appear on the right and I'll just go right to the print command here.
