- [Instructor] This week I want to talk about a new feature that's available in Revit 2021.1, and that is the shared views feature. So to have access to this feature, you need to be on the latest point release. Now, the shared views feature allows you to export one of your views from your 3D model, and then share that online with any recipients that you choose. And the nicest benefit of the shared views feature is the recipient does not have to have a copy of Revit in order to access and comment on the shared view. So to create one of these is pretty straightforward. Let's go ahead and get started here. You can open up any project you like and then go to the Collaborate tab. And you're looking for the Shared Views button. So if you have access to it, it will appear right here. You click that button and that will display the Shared Views panel.
