Rotating and aligning a Revit link

- When you link to Revit projects together, it's often common for you to have to move and carefully position the link in order for it to line up properly with the geometry in the other file. In the previous video, we just sort of did that randomly. But in this video I'd like to do that with a little bit more precision. The scenario that I've got here is I've got this office building file down in the lower right-hand corner and then I've got a site plan linked file right here. And what I want to do is get this sidewalk that you see here next to this parking lot to line up with the front door of the building. I'm going to move and rotate this file into position to achieve that. Now, if we zoom in on the model you're going to see that we're actually looking down on the roof and it's very difficult to see where that front door actually is. So what we're going to do is temporarily change the way this view is displaying.…
