- This feature has really come a long way. Revit now has a pretty solid travel path function. It even knows where doors and other opening types are, it's pretty cool. In this video, I'd like to look at the route analysis function in Revit, and check out some of the features that come with it. So in Revit, I'm going to go open, I'll grab Syracuse health architectural 04 or of course open any model you please. I happen to be in my ground floor code compliance plan. Now, let's go to the Analyze tab, notice that we have a route analysis panel. Let's click the route analysis settings button right here. Basically, this is a list of obstructions, anything checked here is not considered an obstruction doors, yeah, that's not an obstruction, we're going to walk through doors but if I'm thinking right, that should be the only thing that's checked. I'm looking for openings, but openings are officially now part of doors so doors…
