Setting up worksets

- [Instructor] So we're in Revit 2020 in the home page and you'll notice all the recent files that I've been working on. You can see all different files there in the models and the families. Now, in the previous video, we set up our central model and we set it up ready for work sharing. Now we don't want to go and edit that model. In fact, it's this one here with the funny little box next to it. That one there is your central model. Now you don't want to go and edit your central model. You want to create what they call a local copy of the central model. So, let's do that. Let's create a local copy. So that we can synchronize to this file here. So we click on open. And what it will do is it'll go to the open dialog box and there's our 06 work sharing in the Revit folder. So there's the file, the central model that we created previously. And as I said, as soon as you make it a central model, you've got this folder…
