Setting up your units and scale in UE

In the last video, we set up our project folder and our project name, and we made sure that everything was named appropriately and in the right place. Now it's up to you where you've located your Unreal Engine project. That's your call completely at the moment. So you just give it a name, put the location in, and now we're in this screen here. So we should have your project name top right whatever you've called it. Mine's office building 001 as per the last video. And we're in the Unreal Engine interface. Now, one of the really important things that you need to make sure that you do is set up your unit in Unreal Engine. Now, if you think about it, you work in Revit in a particular set of units. Now, in my case, all of my Rivet models work in metric millimeters, and that's just because I'm based in the UK and that's what we standardize on when we're working in Revit and also AutoCAD for that matter.
