- [Instructor] I came across this post a little while ago. It's actually kind of an old post. It's on the AUGI forum. It said the scope box was grayed out in in a plan view. The poster here was trying to apply a scope box to a plan view and they were having trouble doing that. It was grayed out, wondering why. And when I paged through the post there were replies that continued to be posted for about two years. So even though this is a pretty old post, it actually seemed to recur a few times. And so other folks got involved. So I thought well this would make a pretty good topic for us to talk about in this week's tip. So the issue is you can't get to a scope box and they're specifically trying it in a plan view but it turns out in any view the issue is the same.
