Understanding room bounding elements

- [Instructor] In this video I want to dig a little deeper into room elements and talk a little bit more specifically about the Room Bounding feature. So Room Bounding is an important characteristic of rooms because as we've seen, when we place rooms, they automatically flow into all of the Room Bounding geometry that we have available. And so far that's been our wall elements and these room separation lines that we've painted in orange. So let's talk a little bit more in detail about how that Room Bounding feature behaves. I'm going to look down here at the bedroom in the lower corner called 107. I'm going to zoom in on that nice and close so we can get a better look at it. Now I'm going to select that room and as you can see, it's kind of L-shaped and it ignores the closet over there in the corner. When I look at it over on the properties pallet, it's about 14.8 meters square. Now what I want to show you is the Room Bounding feature. So if you select any wall in your model and look…
