- [Instructor] As we've already seen throughout this chapter, there's lots of ways to customize the graphics in a Revit project. And in this video I'd like to share with you a few more that are really very specialized and focused on very specific conditions. So, I recommend you save these to the end if possible because they can sometimes be a little bit fussy and you might have to rework them as the project progresses. So, let's start with a really simple example. I want to show the edge of the balcony here on the second floor, we've got a double volume space looking down in the reception, and I want to show that as a dash line here in this floor plan. Now, you could certainly just add detail lines and draw them in, trouble with that is you'd have to draw them manually and if the balcony changes shape, they wouldn't update along with it.
