Using the exercise files
- [Instructor] As per the majority of the courses in the library, you can download the exercise files to follow along with the videos. So you'll notice on the screen at the moment, I've got Revit 2020 up, and you can see that we're using a file called 1031 Southeast Madison Metric 2020.rvt. So you can download that from the library to follow along with this particular video if you wish. And what I'll try and do as we work through this particular course is, obviously, encourage you to utilize those exercise files to follow along with those videos, but also tell you which exercise file you should be using for each video. As I already explained in the previous video, we'll be using Revit 2020 for this particular course, so it will be Revit RVT files in a 2020 format that we'll be using. And we'll also be utilizing a bit of AutoCAD as well, we'll be using AutoCAD 2020, and we'll be using the AutoCAD 2018 DWG file format, which is the latest file format for AutoCAD 2020 as well. So just be aware of that when we're using the files from the library. They will be the latest file formats for both Revit and AutoCAD.
Practice while you learn with exercise files
