Using parts to demolish part of a wall

- [Instructor] This week I want to share with you a little tip that you can use to help you with performing demolition. We often have problems where we're trying to demolish something in our model and we really only want to demolish a piece of it, so it becomes a little bit challenging exactly how you achieve that. So what I have here is a simple example of this phenomenon. I've got this wall right here, and I've drawn these reference lanes on the wall to kind of indicate that there's this little square portion in the middle. And that's what I want to demolish. And furthermore, I don't want to demolish it all the way through, like I don't want to put a window in there. I certainly could do that with a window and it would be easy enough, right? I could just create a window element, and in fact I could create like an empty window element, pop it in there and Revit would automatically do the demo for the whole and…
