Using view templates
- [Instructor] In this video I want to talk about view templates. When you've applied graphical customizations to a view, you often want to reuse those settings on other similar views. And a view template is a tool that lets us do that. So I'm going to focus on two different kinds of floor plans that I've created in this project. I've got a level one furniture plan, which hides electrical outlets and emphasizes the furniture and a level one Power Plan, which shows the electrical outlets but de-emphasizes the furniture. Now if we look at the level two versions of these plans, you can see that both of them are still set to the default settings. In other words, none of those customizations have been applied here on level two. So let me start with the level one power plan and I'll click back over to that tab. And what I want to do is capture all of the customization that's been applied to this view so that I can easily…
