- [Instructor] Sometimes you get so many views you need a separate list just to keep it straight. Also, if you get a floor plan view that gets renamed sometimes it's hard to tell what actual floor plan it's associated with. I love using this just for that. So the video objective is I'd like to create a list of views in our model. Under Project let's go Open. Browse to where you're keeping your exercise files. I'm going to find architectural views. And I'll click Open. Go to the View tab. Go to Schedules. Let's come down to View List. I'm going to go View Name. Add that. Associate a level. I'm going to add that. Type. I'll add that. Phase is never a bad idea. If you want to see what phase sheets are on without having to open each one up. Add that. And the family, just so you can tell. I'm going to add that. I'm going to click Okay. Pretty sweet. So we know we're straight here. These are elevations so we can't tell. Site is level one. This is kind of what I mean it's hard to tell…
