Visibility/Graphic Overrides: Host layers

- [Instructor] Visibility Graphics Overrides provide an underutilized feature that allows you to override the graphic appearance of individual layers of system families such as walls, floors, and ceilings based on the structural function of the assigned layer. This feature is called override host layers and it allows you to control the line weight, pattern, and color of lines of a systems family structure by function in an individual view. In this video, we'll learn how to use the visibility graphics override host layers tool to create a section diagram indicating where the thermal barrier of our building is located. Let's get started. Open the 01_03 exercise file. If you check your project browser, you should be in sheet 01_03 - Visibility Graphics - Host Layers.
