From the course: Revit: Tips, Tricks, and Troubleshooting

Welcome

- Hello. I'm Paul F. Aubin, and I'm excited to welcome you to the series, Revit: Tips, Tricks, and Troubleshooting. If you are an architect, engineer, or other building design professional, there is a good chance that Revit is a primary part of your firm's workflow. If you're not currently using Revit, then you owe it to yourself to check it out. Building information modeling, or BIM, is a process required by nearly all building design projects today, and Revit is the premier building information modeling software platform available. My goal in this series is to help you improve your day to day workflow. So I will show you tips and procedures that I use in my daily workflow, and ones that I frequently share with my clients and students. Revit's always evolving, and sometimes it's hard to find the cool tricks that are hidden away inside the software. Some of the things we'll be covering are customizing Revit settings and options, modeling tips, file management tips, creating custom view types, using conditional formatting, and a whole lot more. So add this series to your playlist. Check back each week for a new tip and technique. And with that, let's dive into Revit: Tips, Tricks, and Troubleshooting.
