Near the beginning of the course, we reviewed what the table of contents would be for a sample execution plan. Now let's go through all the sections as a review. Creating a templated architect's BIM Execution Plan that includes every detail for every project is impossible. What is possible is a plan that structures the conversations your architects should be having with their consultants. Providing a templated version of the plan for your various teams to use is giving them the support they need to lead the conversation. Let's take a look.
