Adding etching details

- [Narrator] We could send the line work that we just made to the laser cutter now, but I'd like the chance to add in some extra detail with etching. I'd like to etch in detail, like the brick texture on the front facade, and the floorboards on the interior floors and exterior porch. We'll make those textures with hatch patterns. Before we apply those hatch patterns, though, I'd like to import a custom file. It's pretty easy to import hatch patterns. All you have to do is go to settings, and then select our hatch on the side right here and go to import. And you'll find under your exercise file under preparing and 5.2, a set of custom hatch patterns. So select that and hit open, it okay, and then say yes to all. All right, hit okay to confirm that. And now I'm going to start with my brick texture on my front facade. Before I get started, I just want to confirm that I'm working with two closed, separate curves.…
