- [Instructor] Alright, and now we are at the stage where we can add the final details. If you look at the handle in the gray color here, we want to add this little texture pattern that will add this grip for when the user wants to hold it. Adds a little stability. Okay so the first thing I want to do is we can just select the bottom polysurface here and we can delete it because we know the top one is the same thing as the bottom. So we'll go ahead and delete it. The next thing we're going to do is select this polysurface and hide everything else, so again, you want to go to the lightbulb, maximize the menu, and click the fourth one over. So you can invert, show, everything else. From here I want to use Rhino's UV extraction tools. It's a very neat tool to apply a texture or line curve onto this surface, so the work flow I usually do is I want to extract the curves and recreate a new surface over it.
