- [Instructor] In this video, we create details with trim, on both interior and exterior walls. Unless you were designing a minimalist concrete bunker, you probably will need some trim around your door and window openings. Let's maximize perspective viewport. I'm gonna zoom in to this fire stair. I've got the doorway already punched. But I want to talk about this thing on the floor. That is a door jam profile, with a little bit of a trim extension. We also have another curve here. That can be used as a mirroring axis, but also I'm going to use it as a snapping tool, since that hits the center of the wall perfectly. I've also got this door profile there. So, it's everything you need typically. We don't have a rail. Right now we've got that opening. There's nothing along the edge. If you're thinking about using edges, that's not going to work, because we have three separate edges. They actually are not connected. However, we can duplicate those edges pretty simply.
