- [Instructor] In this video, we review common curve problems that can be silent and deadly to your modeling process. I've got three similar looking but completely different curves here made with the control point curve. All of them have slightly different problems that will identify and then fix. Let's start with problem number one. But before I do too much analysis, let's just mention that all of these problems will be typically invisible, especially to the first time user. But they're all very simple to avoid if you're careful. Now a lot of these are made by beginners as I mentioned, or it can happen from imported geometry. Now if these problems aren't fixed early, they can only get worse, especially when you build surfaces from a curve. So the goal here is we're going to learn to spot the problems early and then fix them. Okay I'm going to zoom out so we can see the first curve. The problem being too many control points.…
