- [Instructor] Curvature analysis helps us understand how a curve's shape might change at different points from start to end. It can give us really important information, as often curves are used as the building blocks for more complex surfaces later on. In this video, we'll practice with some of Rhino's curvature analysis tools. And for that I'm using the exercise file landscape design.3DM. And so we've got a layout for a landscape design here, and I'm focused on this curve here, which represents some edging that will flow around a group of raised beds. So you can see this is a freeform curve, more or less smooth, but some of these curvature analysis tools can really help us take a finer look, so we don't have to eyeball what's happening from start to finish with a freeform curve like this. Let's turn on our curvature graph. So under the Analyze menu, under Curve, let's turn that curvature graph on. And at the…
