- In this video, we're going to focus on building a series of openings in our case. Now these can be for slots, or even perforations, for things such as ventilation or speakers. First up, let's take a look at our favorite bad example, I've got to come over here to the side. I've got a case which is identical, and we've got a couple of slots here in the back. Now if we were to assume our case is two millimeters thick from some of the prior examples, this would probably be too close together. That's a pretty thing piece of wall material, and it might just break. The second problem we might run into is just getting fillets to go around and not hit each other. So a couple of reasons there to watch out for having openings too close together. So let's go ahead and close the bad example. Come back to the original.
