Editing surfaces

- So far we've looked at several different ways to create surfaces in Rhino 5 for Mac, as well as how to analyze different properties of those surfaces, but how about making edits to existing surfaces. After all, we'll frequently want to make surfaces that are more complex than what we can make with just curves, or to build up surface objects in multiple steps. So let's explore some of the surface editing commands we have available for us in Rhino. So we can find commands for surface editing in a few different places in Rhino. Some are under the Edit menu, so Join, Explode, Trim, and Split for example. Others are under the Transform menu, so here we have things like Twist and Smooth. And others are under the Surface menu, so down here we have Surface Edit Tools and a bunch of different options for those. Now they're spread out this way because many of the commands aren't exclusive to just surfaces. Some will work on curves and or solids as well. So the first surface editing command…
