- [Instructor] In the last video, we started working out a plan to add some steps to our algorithm that will help us estimate the amount of material we might need to mass produce our parametric musical instrument. In this video I'm going to finish flushing out the steps for making an offset rectangle, getting the X and Y counts for the board, and making an array of the shapes on the board. Now I'm actually going to start on this last step because hopefully that'll just help make things a little bit clearer. For this last step, we're going to use a rectangular array to make a bunch of outlines of our shape on our board. And so this component takes as its inputs a geometry. That's the thing that we're going to duplicate. It takes a Cell, which is a rectangle that says basically the spacing between the units in our array.
